In 2003, NOFMA members established an Associate Member category to build stronger ties with the flooring distributors and other allied associates who are vital to the industry’s livelihood. The program was developed to provide an opportunity to interact with NOFMA manufacturing members and provide input into the business direction of the Association.
An Associate member must make application, sign a membership commitment form agreeing to abide by the Bylaws and policies of NOFMA, and promote the objectives of the Association.
Three categories of Associate membership have been established:
- Warehouse Distributor/Wholesaler of Wood Flooring
- Allied Product Supplier
- Allied Service Supplier
